What Can I Do If A Product I Got From Citronid Has A Problem?
Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. In over 90% of cases we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.
If there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them for repair or replacement under our twelve month warranty.
If you did not buy your product directly from Citronid, you need to contact the vendor who sold it to you. It may still be possible for you to return a faulty product directly to Citronid and get a replacement sent directly to you, but first this needs to be discussed with the person who was responsible for the original order with Citronid.
*Please note we do not provide any technical support or software support whatsoever for products that were not bought from Citronid. So please don't email us saying "I bought this gadget and it says made in China so I guess you guys oughta help me out". Wake up and smell the rice. Everything is made in China. We are not magicians / saints. We think that's fair enough!
